Question: I am so busy it’s hard to make any progress in my business. Do you have any tips for being more productive?
Answer: Absolutely! When I started in network marketing I had 3 boys ages 3 and under, and it wasn’t long before that turned in to 4 boys ages 5 and under! I know what it’s like being busy! One of the things that I knew was critically important was staying focused on those high payoff activities or in other words the things that would make money and grow my team! Every night before I went to bed, I made a list of my “Daily 8”. Those were the 8 “must do” tasks for the next day. They were not all business tasks! I would have income producing activities listed as well as anything else critical that must get done. The key for me was having it done the night before so that I didn’t spend half of my day thinking rather than doing! I now have 5 kids and continue using this method to stay productive and make the most of my time. I have learned the when something is a priority in my life, I figure out a way to make it a priority on my schedule. Commit to your journey and be willing to do what it takes and make success your commitment not an option!
